Jamaica retain Les Harris T20 trophy


THE Caribbean Union of Teachers’ Les Harris Cricket Competition culminated in St. Lucia on Tuesday with Jamaica defeating Trinidad and Tobago in the final of the T-20 competition to retain the trophy.

On Tuesday saw the two semi-finals being played with Barbados taking on Jamaica in one semi-final and Trinidad and Tobago taking on Guyana in the other semi-final. Jamaica comprehensively defeated Barbados while the other semi-final was rained out. Trinidad and Tobago advanced on better net run rate.

Jamaica showed the muscle by dismissing Trinidad & Tobago in the final.
