Lime & Dine welcomes new tourism season

THE fifth edition of Lime & Dine – a magazine featuring and providing information about Grenada’s tourism industry and attractions – is now available at various outlets throughout the island, especially at marinas, hotels and restaurants.

The customary welcome “lime” for the publication was held at Prickly Bay Marina, L’Anse aux Epines, St. George where the publishers, AllyDay Creative Projects Ltd., showed appreciation to their guests by “bubblin’ a pot” in true limin’ style.

Lime & Dine is the first publication to welcome Grenada’s 2012-2013 Tourism Season as it gets under way with the arrival of cruise ships and on-island visitors. Co-founder of the company, Dayliah Henry-Banthorpe, made a brief speech highlighting the company’s commitment to achieving “publishing gold”, emulating the high bar Olympic Champion Kirani James has set for us all.

At the launch of the publication, Henry-Banthorpe said that the magazine for 2012 introduced new features to broaden the appeal of both our island readers as well as visitors, many of whom will be coming to see the birthplace of our Olympian. “We think it’s a unique publication, which promotes Grenada in a truly unique way,” she said.

This annual publication enjoys a print run of 25 000 copies with an online e-zine version for greater access to the international and web savvy market. Over half of the copies have already been distributed across our tri-island state to ensure that our visitors have just what they need to Lime, Dine and enjoy the beauties of our islands. (LS)
